Being called “the light of the world” means we are meant to illuminate darkness, offering hope, truth, and love in a world that often lacks them. Like a city on a hill that cannot be hidden, our actions and character as followers of Christ are meant to stand out—not for pride, but to reflect God’s grace. It challenges us to live visibly and intentionally, allowing our lives to guide others toward God. We are not meant to hide, but to shine with purpose and integrity.

Lord, thank You for calling us the light of the world. Help us to shine brightly with Your love, truth, and grace. May our lives reflect Your glory and guide others to You. Keep us bold in faith and steadfast in purpose, never hiding, but always shining for Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen
